Star-Telegram: 3 more in D-FW die of flu complications

Three more North Texas residents have died from complications involving Type A influenza, officials said Tuesday, as Tarrant County Public Health prepared to distribute the county’s first doses of H1N1 vaccine.

Angela Ward, 43, a Willow Park resident who was an educational aide at Mary Martin Elementary in Weatherford, died Monday after tests showed she had pneumonia and Type A influenza, school district officials said. Tests are being conducted to determine whether she had H1N1.
