Clinical Site Manager Requirements:

• Previous experience supervising a research team
• Human Resource experience as a supervisor
  • Hiring, Terminating, Corrective Action Plans, delegating Research specific tasks to personnel
• Training/mentoring employees, specifically in Clinical Research
• Working with Monitors/Project managers
• Conducting pre-study visits, knowledge of feasibility
• Regulatory, recruiting, query resolution, ECRF experience
• Phlebotomy/EKG experience (pediatrics a plus)
• Experience working with Investigators and their staff
• 2+ years experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC preferred, but not required)
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to conduct and oversee multiple trials

Clinical Research Coordinator Requirements:

• 1+ years experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator
• Experience or knowledge of regulatory start-up documents, including maintenance of regulatory binder
• Experience coordinating multiple trials
• Recruiting, Query resolution, patient training, ECRF experience
• Experience working with monitors and investigators
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good time management skills
• Phlebotomy/EKG experience (pediatrics a plus)
