Benchmark Research has been conducting clinical trials in Austin since 1998. Our clinical trials offer doctor's office visits, study-related procedures & study medication free of charge to qualified participants.Study patients are also financially compensated for their participation in a clinical trial.

 

We are located at St. David's Medical Center a short walk or bike ride away from UT on 32^nd Street between I-35 and Red River. See the address box in the bottom left corner of this page for driving directions to our site.

 

Dr. Teresa Coats is our Principal Research Doctor, serving the Austin Community since 1987. Dr. Coats has worked as Medical Director over a major Austin hospital, as an Assistant Professor to the University of Texas Medical Branch , and now serves many patients through Central Austin Internists.

 

As Benchmark's Principal Investigator, you can expect the safety and concern for your superb medical care that any excellent research doctor can offer. Moreover, you are also in the good hands and professional care of Dr. Coats' Physician's Assistants: Candice Scott, Michelle Honsinger and Staci Reece; as well as Dr. Roberta Braun, and Dr. Lawrence Chu, who specialize in woman's health and allergies respectively.
