Andrea M. Favalora, MHA, with approximately 14 years of experience in the pharmaceutical services industry, has a broad background in Research and Operations, with comprehensive business expertise.
She began her research career in the early 1990’s, working from the clinical perspective in obstetrics and gynecology. In 2004, Ms. Favalora sold New Orleans Clinical Trial Management, Inc., a firm she had founded and successfully run for several years. Thereafter, Ms. Favalora joined Benchmark, bringing to the company a proven track record of executive achievement at the Site Management Organization level.
At Benchmark, she is leader for the Corporate Solutions Group. In this capacity, she oversees growth – based initiatives for the company, such as designing tactical plans or innovative recruitment strategies. She has direct responsibility for Contracts and Budgets; leads the Patient Recruitment Task Force; implements team ideas for patient recruitment, enrollment and compliance; and is the driving force behind the Physician Liaison Group – representing contracted physicians.
