Melissa Reynolds
Melissa Reynolds has been a Research Coordinator since 1994, after she graduated with a Bachelor
of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington that same year. She joined the Benchmark
Research team in January 1999. Melissa earned her CCRC certification in 2002 and in 2003, she was promoted
to the Manager of Clinical Operations. In this capacity, she expertly manages the many crucial details of the clinical study process. Maintaining close relationships with Benchmark staff, study monitors and project managers, Melissa focuses on overall analysis of protocol steps, as well as strategies for improved enrollment and retention.
